Gentlemen,

A friend called me from the US today telling me that his parents received your wonderful book as a Christmas present. It was enough for them to finally make their decision to retire in Mexico. I have been living here over eight years with no health insurance and a life filled with a bit of calamity whilst in the midst of building houses. The care and quality of that care I have received here has been excellent and a bargain — and that was just in the emergency room of our general hospital.
